Virtual events during lockdown have some advantages. In particular you cannot throw rotten fruit via Zoom or (legally) gather as an angry mob. Garth plans to exploit this opportunity to preach the good news about types. He hopes to convince you that, even within the JS ecosystem, types can make your code safer, more powerful and maintainable. In particular he will be focusing on advanced / emerging features in TypeScript, and how Kotlin.js enables you to reuse code on all tiers of your design.
