What we're about

Our group is for any LGBTQIA men in or visiting Belfast who want to make new friends and try new things, places, activities, restaurants, etc.

We are meeting in person again and scheduling 1-2 events per month - keep an eye on EVENTS and check you have subscribed to our meetup emails and that they go to your email inbox folder.

We're now on Discord so you can now arrange your own small get togethers when suits you to do the things you like. Discord is a free text chat service similar to WhatsApp except that does not show your phone number. You can find the group by clicking here https://discord.gg/8PFJqKFq5E or by searching for Belfast Gay Men Meetups.

You'll find general chat and banter, meetup ideas and mini meetups sections where you can make your own arrangements around your own life schedules. All our members are welcome and like here on Meetup, keep it respectful, polite, friendly and SFW (safe for work: no swearing, nothing explicit).

Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

Culture Night - CNB21 Presents: The Ogham Grove

Writer's Square

1pm meet. This is on until 10pm just to let you know.

This year’s Culture Night will be much smaller in scale and scope and will take the form of an on-site installation that people can drop into and enjoy over the course of the weekend, allowing organisers to focus on safety as well as making sure everyone has a great time.

The installation will be a vast structural, lighting and sound show - The Ogham Grove - that will fill the Cathedral Quarter’s Writer’s Square, with accompanying digital trail. It will take the form of two monumental, immersive sculptures inspired by the ancient Celtic Ogham Tree Alphabet.

This year’s Culture Night Belfast is supported by Belfast City Council, Arts Council for Northern Ireland, Tourism NI, Belfast Harbour Commissioners and Translink.

To keep up to date with all the CNB Presents The Ogham Grove updates go to culturenightbelfast.com (link opens in new window) or follow #CNB21 on social media.
