  • A couple of doors south of Pepper Sisters. Look for the "Meetup" sign in the window.
  • Bad news can cause fear, overwhelm, shock, anger and so on. How much and for how long can be up to you. Learn how to reduce or eliminate these reactions so you can re-center and regroup.

If you do nothing these reactions can become "set," repeat, or even amplify and become a baseline on which more reactions build up.

Would you like something better than that? There are new methods you can use that let you reduce or remove your reactions. In this Meetup you'll get a taste of how it feels to become more in charge of your feelings and thoughts, and learn some tools you can use for yourself.

Daimon Sweeney will be presenting this evening, sharing some NeuroMastery® tools and insights.

This Meetup is by donation to cover costs of maintaining the Meetup group. $3-$5 suggested.
