This is a TWO-HOUR writing and Breathwork workshop where we will go deeper with our breathwork practice with poetry writing and breathing. I have acquired a GGGOOOONGG and it will be played for you during the breathwork portion of the Workshop.
Elysian Spa is located on the west side of Bend next to Powder House. It is above Deschute’s Acupuncture office and the entryway is behind the building upstairs.
