Haskell Programming From First Principles Study Group

Details

First week. Introduction. Read Chapter 1. Do the exercises.

This is a study group for learning the Haskell programming language. We will meet for 12 weeks and work through the first 18 chapters of the book, Haskell Programming from First Principles (http://haskellbook.com/). Participants who attend consistently and complete their assignments will acquire an intermediate knowledge of Haskell adequate for further learning independently. Total beginners, including non-programmers, are especially welcome to join us.

Do not RSVP until you have read and accepted the guidelines for this group on GitHub (https://github.com/sjsyrek/berlin-functional-programming-group/tree/master/haskell-study-group).

Co-up is kindly offering the space to us for free. Please support them (http://co-up.de/support-us.html) so our group and others can continue using it. You can also help by purchasing drinks at the meeting instead of bringing your own. Finally, please review their code of conduct (http://co-up.de/code-of-conduct.html)—we will all be expected to abide by it. Thank you!
