February's already almost over, and here we are in the middle of the harsh Berlin winter, enduring extreme temperatures like... 11º C?! One can only assume that this unusual weather has inspired you to write some mind-blowing hack in... I dunno, x86 assembly... to explain this strange phenomena. Or perhaps you've decided you can outdo last month's hack and make an even LARGER countdown-timer for BHNT. Or maybe you've decided to make a climate change simulator that displays data on the Club Mate lights while ALSO acting as a countdown hack timer.

As always, we don't want to limit the kind of hacks. Demo cool stuff, no matter if it's an mobile app, website, desktop program or library. Anything is allowed, just cross the line to awesomeness - and if it fails it should do it beautifully.

There are not many rules, but:

• You'll get 5 minutes to present in English

• you or your team should have built it yourself

• people can ask you afterwards

• NO PURE SLIDEDECKS, no pitches, only Demos + Code

• keep in mind that the audiences is highly technical and starts snoring if you do marketing voodoo

• show us code!!! (reasonable exemptions may be possible)

• entertain us!

• You only show us projects you developed. Nothing "cool" you've downloaded from somewhere.

Gekettes wanted!

In the past we had a lot of Berlin Geekettes ( with us and it was fun. We hope you enjoyed it as well and like to join us this time, too. Come over to c-base and showcase your work. We'd love to see it!

if( you.isSure ){, true) }

If you come, tell us through Meetup. If you want to present, tell us in the registration form. And if you have feedback please send it to [masked]. Our relaxed event will only as good as everybody makes it. Bring your hacks and your friends and join us for the evening.

To make it fair for everyone to get a seat RSVPs will open at 6:30pm today (Fri, Feb 21). Okay, that's late notice... semi-fair (sorry).

PS: Presenters get a reserved seat. If you want to join for sure you should bring a hack and contact us.
