Berlin Hack and Tell #42 - Hacker's Guide to the Galaxy

Details
In honor of the 42th edition of Berlin Hack and Tell we should meet again and discuss the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aboZctrHfK8). To appropriately celebrate this geeky event we'd like to do something special: Demo a hack that somehow involves the number 42 (e.g. 42 lines of code, 42 pixels, 42x output etc) and get a special prize.
Join the hosts of Berlin Hack and Tell for a nice evening of code, geeking & nerding around the various topics of electronics, hardware, software and programming. We know quite a few hackers missed us dearly already so we can be sure there will be some great hacks for our next meetup in front of about 90 people, but don`t forget:We have only 8 demo slots to share.
If your company is looking to get in front of a bunch of developers, this is our cheat sheet to sponsoring Berlin Hack and Tell (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B63FtzFoCw0_QkdhSG5aVTNLak0/view?usp=sharing)
bhnt.rules
As always, we don't want to limit the kind of hacks. Demo cool stuff, no matter if it's an mobile app, website, desktop program or library. Anything is allowed, just cross the line to awesomeness - and if it fails it should do it beautifully.
There are not many rules, but:
• You'll get 5 minutes to present in English
• you or your team should have built it yourself
• people can ask you afterwards
• NO PURE SLIDEDECKS, no pitches, only demos + code
• keep in mind that the audiences is highly technical and starts snoring if you do marketing voodoo
• show us code!!! (reasonable exemptions may be possible)
• entertain us!
• You only show us projects you developed. Nothing "cool" you've downloaded from somewhere.
if( you.isSure ){ bhnt.rsvp(you, true) }
If you come, tell us through Meetup. If you want to present, tell us in the registration form. And if you have feedback please send it to berlin@hackandtell.org. Our relaxed event will only as good as everybody makes it. Bring your hacks and your friends and join us for the evening.
PS: Presenters get a reserved seat. If you want to join for sure you should bring a hack and contact us.
Bring your ping pong racket!
Right after our event closes the SLTT crew will take over for some excellent rounds of black light table tennis. Bring your racket to join the fun.
Here's a picture of Stefan two years ago. Look at his happy face!
