Members Will Be Able To Choose From Educational Tutored Workshops, Group Shoots Or 1-2-1 Hourly Slots, Depending On Which Format Offers The Best Opportunities For The Members
Meet Ups Will Be Affordable, Offering Value For Money Whilst Maintaining A High Standard Of Quality
All Members Are Required To Display The Other Meet Up Groups That They Are A Member Of, So We Are Able To Ensure Members Joining Our Group Have A Genuine Interest In Photography And Are Therefore More Likely To Attend Meet Ups Regularly
Inactive Members Who Do Not Regularly Visit Our Meet Up Group To View Posts, Or Who Never Attend Our Regular Meet Ups Will Be Removed From This Group After A Period Of Time
We Do Not Allow Commercial Businesses To Join This Meet Up Group
In Joining Our Meet Up Group You Accepted Our Group Rules And The Terms And Conditions Attached To RSVP'ing On A Meet Up
Please Remember These Two Principles That The Group Adheres To In Order To Organise Successful Meet Ups For You
Principles Of Trust, Shared Risk And Expense
Once Members Have RSVP'd On A Meet Up And We Have Enough Members To Proceed, We Will Commit To The Meet Up
At This Point Our Members Are Also Committed To The Meet Up And The Risk And Expense Is Shared Equally
Once Committed, This Means That If A Member Then "Changes Their Mind" Or "Something Comes Up" They Do Not Get A Refund Or A Credit
When We Add A Member, Without Payment, To A Meet Up At Their Own Request, That Shows Our Trust In You As Our Friends And Not Just As A Member
Once Added, And We Have Committed To The Meet Up, Members Are Expected To Pay As Agreed When The Payment Is Requested
Without Following These Two Principles, We Would Be Left With Insufficient Funds To Proceed And Would Have To Cancel The Meet Up
