Led by fitness instructor Mindy Vasta, Simply Active combines elements of her popular ActiveFit and Simply Stronger classes into one! These virtual exercise classes focus on low-impact movement, balance, flexibility, and strengthening. Participants should have a chair and light weights handy. Marie DiPrimo will be conducting her popular yoga classes virtually. General Yoga is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike, while Intermediate Yoga is held on Wednesdays and is designed for students practicing yoga for more than six years. Participants should have a yoga sticky mat, a blanket, a yoga ball, and two yoga blocks for all classes. Our book club has something for every reader. We’ve combined the features of a book talk, where you can bring books you’ve read and enjoyed, and talk about them, and a book club. Any genre is fair game for book talking! Then, the group will switch gears and discuss the chosen book for the month, led by Lisa Dobra and Janet Steiniger.
