WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is a full-body circular breathing exercise that reconnects the mind and body to a flow state of inner power, clarity, and calm. While rhythmically breathing into the abdomen and chest, the body fully expands, releasing deeply trapped negative emotions and shifting your mindset from survive to THRIVE!

-You must log in 10 minutes prior to start time. Meeting will be locked at 4pm (PST) sharp.
-Show up with an empty stomach. Breathing can get quite uncomfortable if you are still digesting.
-Minimum age is 13. Participants under 18 must have a legal guardian cosign the release form.
-No spectators allowed.
