Summary
Agile encouraged us to split opportunities into stories. Today, entire ecosystems have evolved to deploy stories instead of software versions. We’ll look at patterns and share examples of Pipelines, Automated Tests, A/B Tests, Feature Toggles, Regional Deployments, Ringed Deployments, Circuit Breakers, Localization, Personalization, & Service Discovery enabled by Automation, Bots, Chat, Clouds, MicroServices, Clusters, Open Source, Containers, REST, and manifest files. The new dev is the full stack dev, and the new agile coach should be a beyond agile coach.
