An agilist at heart, Sebastián has been helping Starbucks transform into an organization focused on agility (lower-case “a”). His role is to catalyze change for the better, through the implementation of practices and programs to address deeply ingrained anti-patterns. Prior to working at Starbucks, Sebastián did just about everything, everywhere. He has experience in biotech IT (Pfizer, Genentech), software engineering (Apple, Adobe, Microsoft, Motorola), technical program management (Google), product management (startups), and coaching (tl;dr).
