The Digital Solutions team at Premera Blue Cross has been using the FAST-Agile process for a over a year and a half. I’ll discuss how amazing it is, how it’s evolved as a methodology, the challenges we’ve encountered, and how it’s working now.
Speaker Bio:
Paige Watson is passionate about XP practices, Code Craftsmanship and FAST-Agile. With over 25 years in the software development industry, he has come to realize that growth in innovation and software development will only come with a radical change in our work processes.
He is currently a Solutions Developer at Premera Blue Cross and speaks at Agile conferences around the country.
