Bio:
Mike De Luca is the Healthcare Program Director of the Beyond Budgeting Roundtable North America. His background includes:

• 25 plus years of experience in the corporate environment - 15 years in leadership positions.
• Executive Director of Finance for Group Health - where he co-led the transformation to Beyond Budgeting throughout the entire enterprise.
• Masters of Science in Finance
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
