I feel more grounded after the energy chelation on Sunday. No longer have so much nervous energy running through me and starting to feel sensations in my legs.

Claircognizance examples for today. I get in my car and as soon as I turn on the radio get a thought to turn the dial a few stations ahead. Sure enough when I did this one of my favorite songs was playing.

At work someone left a suspicious bag at the breakroom. I had the thought if I turn right at the corridor I'll run into someone I can report this to. Sure enough I did.

Yesterday in the shower I thought about one of the psychics at the fair. When I checked my email later I found they had sent an email around the time I was in the shower.

Just a few moments ago I had an impulse to click on one of the meetup groups. When i scanned the front page member list they were all people who were part of QAA or my other meetup groups. One of them even knew a friend of mine.

Hey, Vasanth, just now saw your postings! I enjoyed your examples of claircognizance. I've noticed mine increase as well. I'll test it on everyday things as you are doing. Also notice my husband and I are tracking on thoughts. I'll have a thought fly through my mind then he will say it unprompted. I'm reading "The Source Field Investigations" by David Wilcock. He lists some amazing studies/ facts about tying into the universal mind.

The other thing I noted is that I never need an alarm clock to wake up. If I set my alarm to an earlier time, say 7 instead of 7:30 I end up waking up a few minutes before the alarm goes off. Again, I suspect claircognizance may be at work. Its as if I just know that its time to wake up.

Also nine breath really decreases the amount of sleep I need. 6 hours is enough.

So I've been meditating with the quartz crystal on my head every day. It feels something similar to claircognizance may be opening up. Here are some things that have been happened in just past few days.

In yoga class today, I correctly predicted what yoga props the teacher would have us get. (I'm actually wondering whether I may have created this situation. The moment she started speaking of props I put out the intention led it just be the props I have (block and blanket). then her mind went blank and it ended up just being those props)

During a meeting at work, I correctly predicted the order (clockwise or counterclockwise) in which my boss would go around the table and ask everyone for updates.

I walk into the men's room at work and correctly predicted which stalls were clean and which were dirty. This has happened a few times.

I pull the ice cream box out of the freezer and am able to tell whether the bar I pull out will be chocolate or vanilla

In general, it feels like there's a parallel between my thoughts and reality. Things that I think about just seem to manifest in a scattered way. For example, I'm thinking about psychic reading in yoga class and the teacher says the word "reading". Or I think about someone named Jennifer and a different Jennifer or someone looking like her shows up.

Or this one. I got a gemstone which is a symbol of creativity. I've been thinking about this symbolism and how I was meaning to send a picture of the stone to one of my healers. Later today, she sends an email about some creativity workshop coming up.
