Welcome to BiAboVe Sports!

This group mostly aims to:

(1) Provide long-term results about the improvement or/and maintenance of the Physical & Mental condition;

(2) Enhance the well-being of individuals through healthy habits;

(3) Provide a better life quality to people with a chronic condition (i.e. Lupus, etc. );

(4) Create a supportive community where individuals will find support and growth.

This group attempts to achieve those goals through a variety of services: one-on-one coaching, group sessions, consultations, workshops, follow-ups, chat support, and much more.

Of course, anyone is welcome to join the group (all fitness levels)! :)
