What we're about

This group is for people who are interested in improving their fitness and growing in their faith. During a Bibles & Biceps class, we pump our physical muscles to worship music, as we ready our hearts & spirits to receive & digest the word. We select a new Bible passage each week to read and discuss. Our uplifting discussion center around what the passage means to us and how we can use it to live our fullest life.
Bibles & Biceps classes meet every week on Tuesday @ 6:00pm and Thursdays at 1:00pm.

Bibles & Biceps Class

Three60FIT

Bibles & Biceps is a free workout class that includes a 45 minute workout followed by a 45 minute Bible study session. Please arrive in workout attire, bring a water bottle and your Bible. The workout portion varies but is usually a full body strength training session. All fitness level are welcome. We can modify the workout to your fitness level. The Bible study portion will vary from week to week as well. We select a bible verse to read and discuss each week. If you are new to working out or new to bible study, that's okay. We welcome anyone that is looking to get fit and grow in their faith.

Bibles & Biceps featuring CaraMayan

Three60FIT

This Bibles & Biceps class will be a combination of Caramayan and bible study. CaraMayan is a way of moving to the Bible for exercise, fitness, worship, and prayer. Based on dance and pilates movements, a class includes patterns of movement and breathing that are set to the scriptures, and help express their meaning. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, CaraMayan offers both standing meditations as well as strengthening floor exercises. Bring an exercise mat, and come prepared to exercise your body, mind, and spirit. Join us for an invigorating workout and uplifting bible study session. ________________________________________________________ Get to know your trainer Jessica- Jessica is a native of the South, but has lived in Chicagoland with her family since 2009. She is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others achieve optimal health, fitness, mobility, and functionality - in body, mind, and spirit. She loves combining her faith with fitness, and believes that God wants to be involved in every part of our lives. She knows that wellness is a journey and a process that needs to include rest and self-care, as well as faith and camaraderie with others. Jessica holds a certificate in: ACE-certified Personal Trainer PraiseMoves Instructor and Trainer MIRA!, PraiseMoves Gold, and PraiseKicks Walk 15 Drums Alive Aerobic Kickboxing CaraMayan Assisted Stretching ****this class is free to the public and you do not need to be a member of Three60fit to attend.
