Ever wanted to get out on your bike and see some great sights? We run amazing cycle trips to some of the best sites in the UK and Europe. Our mission is to provide cycling adventures that get away from traffic, back to nature and explore some of the best cycling destinations. On the trips we use hybrid, touring or mountain bikes predominately on designated cycle trails and backroads. Cycling routes average around 40-60 km per day and involve a mixture of flat and undulating terrain. We welcome beginner, Intermediate and experienced riders depending on how the ride is graded and above all we are about having fun, meeting great people and enjoying some the very special cycle routes and destinations within UK and Europe.

Overview:
This 50km route follows the superb Sustans route 21 on exceptional traffic-free trails for much of the journey. Expect very scenic riding with rolling hills, a few short climbs and great cycleways and bridleways. Within 20mins train from London, it’s a great opportunity to get out on the bike away from the city.Highlights:

Total Distance: 51 km
Terrain and Elevation: Overall the route has varied terrain and a mixture of paved and gravel surfaces with the possibility of some muddy sections. This ride is suitable for competent beginners and intermediate cyclists. Only touring, hybrid and mountain bikes will be suitable.

• 44% On-road, 56% trails and cyclewaysLogistics: You will need to get to East Croydon train station for 9:45am. If you are driving, there is paid parking at Ruskin Square https://ruskinsquarecarpark.co.uk and there is a direct train back to East Croydon from Three Bridges.
What to Bring: Water bottle, money for food and refreshments, snacks, all cycling equipment (bicycle, bike lock, compulsory bike helmet, cycle jacket, sunglasses, warm gloves and suitable activity footwear/clothing - no jeans please)
What we bring for you: Lunch provided, fully guided, all repair equipment including pump, first aid spares and good vibes!
Payment: £20 includes lunch (£15 for the first 5 people), £6 without lunch

Regular maintenance such as lubricating chain, checking tyre pressure and braking are strongly recommended. Also, whilst you can achieve extended distance on bike, please ensure you have adequate physical preparation for the ride. Regular cycling, gym sessions or other cardiovascular training is recommended. Please contact us for further advice if required.

Overview:
Explore one of France's most popular regions which comes close to offering everything that travellers head to France for: beautiful chateaux, traditional French cuisine, a spectacular landscape of vineyards, dense forests, winding rivers and picturesque fortified villags such as Beyna and La Roque Gageac. In the Dordogne, charming towns such as Bergerac, Sarlat and Domme are also a must see and what better way to visit this amazing part of the world than by bike! We will start in the charming city of Bordeaux heading west and taking in the vast beaches of the Atlantic Coast before heading inland. We'll wind our way through the world renowned vineyards and beautiful villages of this region, hugging the banks of the Dordogne river along the journey. You will get the opportunity to spend a leisurely day canoeing down with the tide of this magical river and sampling the finest food and drink of this magnificent hidden gem of France. This is a very diverse and beautiful tour that really allows you to immerse yourself in all the cultural goodies that France has to offer. - FLIGHTS/TRAINS ARE NOT INCLUDED. You will need to arrange a flight or train to arrive in Bordeaux the night/day before your first day's riding.

Moderate Adventure (3/5). Overall the cycling is very manageable with an average of around 50km per day for the first five days and only around 25km’s for the last three days. The first two days are flat terrain along the coast and days 3-5 are the most challenging with some undulating terrain and some decent hills thrown in. Riders should have a good level of fitness and experience riding a bicycle, as well as be competent with trail and loose gravel riding on both a mountain and hybrid bike.Please note: This is a 'self carry' tour which really adds to the adventure. We will provide your bike with a double pannier to carry all of your belongings on your bike.

Overview:
This tour follows the famous Adige Cycle Trail and the EuroVelo Via Romea (Francigena) Route 5 Trail, two unforgettable and diverse cycleways linking the Tyrolean city of Bolzano to the Cinque Terre on the Italian west coast. At the start of the tour you’ll get to experience stunning Italian Alps and a real Italian/German mix of culture. Before heading through the iconic city of Parma, where parma ham, parmesan cheese and Lambrusco wines were born and into the famous Tuscan region. Ending this amazing journey in the Cinque Villages, perched on the clifftops. The average temperature in early June is 25°C, lovely weather in a truley magical region for cycling.Duration: 8 days, 7 nights

• Traveller’s Insurance (compulsory)Grading:
Moderate/Challenging adventure (4/5). This tour is certainly challenging but you don’t have to be an expert to be able to do it! Days 2 and 6 are the most challenging with big climbs on these days. Day 5 and Day 7 also have some challenges in terms of distance and undulations, but the remainder of the ride is relatively forgiving. Regular cycling, gym sessions or other cardiovascular activity is recommended prior to attending this tour.
