Building Genomics Pipelines in the Cloud: Leveraging AWS to process and analyze

Please join us on Thursday, September 14th at 7pm to hear Angel Pizarro, a Scientific Computing Technical Business Development Manager at AWS, will present strategies and use-cases for designing and implementing genomic pipelines in AWS. In this presentation, Angel will present case studies and technical examples to demonstrate effective strategies for building scalable, secure, pipelines for analyzing genomic data in AWS. This presentation will cover some of the key challenges in designing genomic workflows, as well as the AWS services, implementation details, and underlying software that can be combined to create reliable and secure end-to-end solutions for processing raw genomic data.
