Varada, in collaboration with the Big Things community, Wix and the Presto Foundation are excited to host the first International Presto Summit in Israel.

Presto is the lightning fast SQL query engine for big data. Founded to power the analytics of Facebook, and open sourced as an Apache project in 2012, Presto became the emerging standard for big data analytics, with users as Lyft, Uber, Twitter, LinkedIn, Walmart, Netflix, Comcast and Airbnb.

The founders of Presto - Martin Traverso, Dain Sundstrom and David Philips - will join with Israeli Presto users such as Wix, IronSource, and Datorama for a half day of exciting in-depth technical sessions and discussions around Presto.

Data architects, engineers, analysts, scientists, developers and Presto enthusiasts are welcome.
