Great Opportunity to Learn a Lot about real estate investing and opportunities

• What we'll do
This is a brand new group of people who share an interest in real estate, have learned about the Bigger Pockets website and its rich content (anyone can come), and who share a love or interest for real estate investing, from single family houses, all the way up to apartment buildings. There are a lot of ways to make money in real estate, if you have a sound strategy, like hard work, and are willing to learn. This group will meet to learn about each other, hear from successful real estate investors, and deal with that fear factor we all experience when approaching our options to invest.

At this meeting, we will have 30 minutes to hear the stories of each attendee (longer if needed). We want to know who you are, what your interests are in real estate, whether you have properties or this is something your just starting out in. I will also present to you my brag book, and we'll discuss why having a brag book is a good idea, and how you can make one, even if you have little experience in real estate. We will also have time to network.

I'm already working on some great guest speakers for future meetings. We all have so much to learn. I hope you will join us!

No food is provided, but it's Davanni's. They have food and drinks in wide variety. Bring some cash for some great food and drinks.

• Important to know
This is a new group, so the first meeting we will spend a good deal of time hearing from each of you. We really want to hear your story, where you are at, so that we can help each other get better at this.
