This is the 2nd meeting of the group...sorry for the long delay. I'm very happy to announce our guest speaker will be Julie May, Vice President at Lakeview Bank, and head of the Mortgage Department. She will share insights on what the lender is looking for from investors. I have worked with Julie and found her to be amazingly insightful, and she is patient working with us investors. Lakeview Bank is a big player in real estate investing in the Twin Cities.

Be prepared to bring your contacts. Each person in this group has invaluable information to share with everyone else. You may have a great lender, title company, real estate agent, contractor, handyman, etc, to share that will be a big benefit to other investors.

No food is provided, but it's Davanni's. They have food and drinks in wide variety. Bring some cash for some great food and drinks.
