This ride will begin at 10am at the North trailhead to Johnson’s Pass. Meet at 8:30am at Carrs Huffman to carpool. We will coordinate a key swap at the trailhead so that we will not have to do a car shuttle. Expect 23 miles of riding.

This will be great cycling on one of the best single tracts on the Kenai Peninsula. It is hard to time this ride just right for overgrowth of Cows Parsnip / Pushki. If it happens to be a sunny day you might want to plan on having long sleeves and pants / tights in your pack if you have reactions to this plant.

This is a ride in the Alaskan WILDERNESS, be fit, be aware, be prepared, bring a lunch and water! There is the possibility to see bear and moose, so bear spray might be a good idea.

Remember to bring your helmet as they are required for all ABC rides. Also, a parent or guardian must be in attendance for any riders under the age of 18.

Be sure to not leave valuables in your car at Carr's or the trailhead. Also be sure your car is locked.
