Yoga & Lunch Bike Ride To The Stirling Hotel.

Join me for a 30 mile round trip, social ride through the Great
Swamp. The destination will be the Stirling Hotel (http://thestirlinghotel.com/wp/)
for a late lunch.

This ride will leave from the Morristown
farmers market at 41 Morris Street, Morristown at 1:00 pm.

Before the ride, some of the BikeWalkMorristown crew and myself will be doing the yoga class offered by Be Well for Grow it Green Morristown (http://us6.campaign-archive1.com/?u=cf72af4b44ad8916f60ae3842&id=f7aed94dff) which starts at 11:30.
