About us
Join this supportive and friendly group! We will help you develop leadership and communication skills in English and Spanish resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. All skill levels are welcome. We meet from 6:30 pm to 8:00. Just come an observe or if you are daring participate in the Table Topics session and speak for 1-2 minutes about the theme of the week. We alternate meetings. One week in English and the following in Spanish. No public speaking experience needed. Note: Not all members RSVP via Meet Up but fun meetings happen every week.

Los Amigos Bilingual Toastmasters - In person and online
St. John's Regional Medical Center- (Wellness Center Classroom), 1600 N Rose Ave, Oxnard, CA, USOur meetings are hybrid. Guests are always welcome. This week our meeting will be in English and next week it will be in Spanish. We are looking for people who would like to improve their communication skills in a fun, supportive group. Come as a visitor and see what we are about.
The theme for this meeting is "Music" The meeting will include one or two prepared speeches, a section of one-to-two-minute impromptu speeches that guests will be invited (but not required) to participate in, and a section of evaluations of the prepared speeches to help us improve.
You don't need to speak Spanish or English perfectly; all levels are welcome.
Our mission: We provide a positive and supportive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills in English and Spanish, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
