Harshil Patel (from Seqera Labs) will talk about his contributions to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, and how the nf-core community joined forces to write a best-practice, open-source Nextflow pipeline called nf-core/viralrecon that is now being used all over the world for viral variant surveillance.
