Our wellbeing sessions are led by experienced practitioners in mindfulness, nutritional health, fitness, psychology, life coaching and relationship counselling.

Hosted by Myrah Duckworth who has appeared on many TV shows over the past 16 years and is an accredited advanced speaker and coach. This fun, interactive 90 minute session will help you put your best foot forward and stand out from the crowd. You will learn tips that will get researchers noticing you. The session will also boost your chances of being memorable for jobs and auditions you maybe considering. If you have ever dreamed of being part of the very lucrative entertainment industry, this is the group you've been looking for. Rose Ahuja, Nutritional Therapist, will be leading this session. Learn how to reduce your toxic load, improve wellbeing and breakdown nutritional drivers for illness and fatigue. Please be aware the session takes place on the first floor, reached by a staircase.

Dr Bobby Sura (Consultant Clinical Psychologist) will be leading this talk, offering an overview of the psychological theory & models that help build resilience; interactive reflection spaces that help with practicing ideas
This meditation is a gentle and relaxing experience, aimed at settling the heart and mind so that a deeper connection can be felt with oneself. Drawing on mindfulness and guided visualisation, but also wisdom gathered from mystical and spiritual traditions from across the ages (and world), you will feel a tangible reduction in stress, worry and negativity. You will leave feeling more peaceful with yourself, and those around you.
Please be reassured that this session is not affiliated to any faith group, religious or spiritual organisation - there may be reference to inspiring thoughts from global mystical and spiritual traditions, where these are universally beneficial. Expect stories and narrations, that offer hope and mend broken bridges, because the session is reallyabout human hearts connecting to the deepest part of themselves and each other.
Feel free to bring mats/cushions for floor seating, but chairs will be available for all.
All proceeds will be donated to local charities, in the spirit of human fellowship. If you can't pay but need to attend, you are still welcome.
