Good thoughts should be heard. Therefore, we would like to invite two kinds of people: On one hand, the ones that want to talk about topics such as the future, technology, design or new ways to organise oneself or your company (e.g. holocracy). And on the other hand we invite people who will gladly listen to them in order to receive new inputs.

Unconscious bias is a major reason why tech companies and companies in general keep on recruiting "more of the same". Homogeneity has a major impact on the degree of innovation as well as on the economic success of companies. Studies and best practices show that, while we can't change our biases, we can design for bias-neutral processes in organizations.
Nadia will talk about what research shows and what people and their companies can do to make the tech industry an equal playing field for all.
