ICO Night: VC Perspectives
Details
Due to popular request we will be looking at ICOs again, examining the state of the industry in 2018. We will focus especially on perspectives from a traditional VC viewpoint, aiming to reach a balanced conclusion at the end of the evening.
On the one hand, we have articles pointing out that most ICOs of 2017 have already failed. https://news.bitcoin.com/46-last-years-icos-failed-already/
On the other hand, more and more traditional startups are discovering this new way of funding, and are about to actively put it into practice. https://www.coindesk.com/ico-tokens-already-changing-traditional-startups/
