Bitcoin Doco Crowd Funding Launch!

Dale Dickins and the awesome video content creator Chris Mylrae are producing and directing a webseries about Bitcoin in Australia.

They've been interviewing people since December 2013, and next Tuesday are hosting a Pozible crowdfunding event to raise funds for a 3 part webseries. It'll be a hands on evening, people who have never had a bitcoin wallet before will get $10 worth of Bitcoin to build confidence in using it, plus Bitcoin 'experts' will available to answer questions on mining, the growth of Bitcoin, how it's started, what's happening around the world in the cryptosphere, who's who, how to accept it - and whatever other question you think of!

Without doubt, a 'quiet revolution' is taking place in our city and this is your chance to be part of it.

We're starting at 5pm, music at 6pm, screening a teaser plus a few interviews upstairs in the cinema at 7.30. when that's finished we'll be downstairs to kick off some some mind boggling conversations, with nice food, music in the background (bar will be open to accept Bitcoin)

After the upstairs introduction to the launch, there will be a party atmosphere with a DJ and bar (did we already say they're accepting Bitcoin?!!!), information, an opportunity for you to air your views on cryptocurrencies. Melbourne's first (Lamassu) Bitcoin Machine will be there, possibly starring under a spotlight - by the way there are now 3 others: in Footscray, Fitzroy, one's been on a Roadshow in Point Cook and soon in Elsternwick.

PS. for the newbies out there, Dale Dickins, as we all know and love is the REAL first person to bring a Bitcoin machine (one way ATM) into Australia back in November 2013! all the others that claim they brought the "first" ATM into Australia are just whoring themselves to the media :P
