Jeff (https://www.bitcoinwednesday.com/profile-jeff-garzik-of-bloq/) is among the best-known developers in Bitcoin and was recently elected to the Linux Foundation Board of Directors. He began contributing to Bitcoin open source software in 2010, and has been considered an authority on the subject ever since. His company Bloq is specialized in open source blockchain solutions for the enterprise.

Adel co-founder Gabriel Dusil will introduce the blockchain startup incubator built on Nxt and Ardor technology that has properties of a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), which will launch its crowd sale on 1 March 2017. Gabriel will be joined by his co-founders Michael Vavrek and Jan Lamser.

Adam Vaziri will talk about the practical implications for digital currency operators of the EU's proposed regulations. Adam is a lawyer specialized in blockchain and fintech compliance. He is a board member and director of the UK Digital Currency Association, which has helped guide the UK government toward some of its most notable blockchain-related policy decisions.
