- Introducing Tezos Incubator - tzVentures by Professor Jay Won, Consultant, tzVentures

Minimum skills prerequisite:
Basic knowledge of an Unix shell environment and unix commands
Basic programming (e.g. C, Java, python…. etc.)
Notions in algorithmic, databases, network, distributed computing

RAM: At least 8GB of free space
Hard disk: At least 100GB
A (not too old) laptop running either:
- An Unix operating system: (Recommended) Linux & Mac, OR
- Windows with Virtualbox installed

An available internet connection
Installation guide:
For Windows user:
- Download Ubuntu ISO image from
https://ubuntu.com/#download - Download and install Oracle VirtualBox
https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/6.0.8/VirtualBox-6.0.8-130520-Win.exe
Run VirtualBox and Create a new Virtual Machine
Follow the configuration listed below:
- Name and operation system
Type: Linux
Version: Ubuntu (64-bit) - Memory size
Memory size: 8192MB - Hard disk
Create a virtual hard disk now - Hard disk type
VirtualBox Disk Image - Storage on physical hard disk
Dynamically allocated - File location and size
100GB
Start the Virtual Box and select the Ubuntu ISO you have downloaded
Click Install Ubuntu
Updates and other software
Normal installation
Download updates while installing Ubuntu
Installation type
Erase disk and install Ubuntu
