The Scrum Master - Characteristics, Traits & Requirements

Hi Guys,
For this session we will create the type of Scrum Masters we wish to see or be!
We will work in one or two teams to first agree on a backlog of characteristics, traits and requirements we believe scrum masters should have and then create an actual scrum masters using the the above. The end product will be a type of 'stick man' made up of the above in descending order of priority. Don't worry if this doesn't make sense lol it will on the day.
There is no right or wrong answer - it is designed to get us thinking about how we are as scrum masters or the type of scrum master we wish to become. I did this exercise with my fellow scrum masters at work around what type of PO we want and it worked really well.
Please note:
-Time is limited, so please try to arrive as close to 6:30 as possible
-Please bring £2.00 to cover the cost of the room
-If you are not able to make it, please remove yourself from the event so others may have the opportunity to participate
