In collaboration with WeWork, we're excited to host our first large-scale meetup that'll allow for the BlackByte community to connect, mingle and talk tech!

Along with refreshments and music, we'll also spotlight three members who will share some exciting projects they have in the works as it relates to technology, design and development.

**Please be sure to include both your first and last name as it reads on your government ID with your RSVP to be able to gain entry to WeWork.

Member Spotlight:

Victoria Houed
An industrial engineer, self-taught software developer, and founder of BlackByte, Victoria currently builds logistics software for Cards Against Humanity's new shipping company, Blackbox. Her passion is to create a safe space for others like herself who seeks a sense of community, validation, and representation. In her spare time, she builds, consults, and works with local Chicago artists and communities like 18 Coffees.

Courtney Greer
With a degree in Computer Science Engineering and a minor in Business Administration, Courtney currently works at Microsoft as Partner Development Manager within the One Commercial Partner Team. Her specialty has become working with independent software vendors in getting them the solutions they need to build on their cloud Azure in new and innovative ways.

Arelia Jones
Arelia is co-founder and Director of Education and Technology at CoderSpace, an organization that teaches front-end web design and development to high school students. As a web developer with more than ten years of professional web, communications and marketing experience, Arelia currently works at Sprout Social and is the Co-Lead of the Chicago Chapter of Girl Develop It.
