Black Girl Vision is not your average network! We are a growing organization dedicated to helping women of color incorporate and develop their ideas with the goal of becoming Fortune 500 companies.
Every idea is a pot of gold. We are here to help you find your pot of gold!
We are focused on women entrepreneurs in any stage of development. The goal is to brainstorm on creativity, innovation, support, collective economics, partnership, and business pitching. We realize that "Black Girl Magic" doesn't work without networking, funding, education, and trust.
We are building a unique space for women entrepreneurs to meet, pitch ideas, and receive funding on the spot.

F.A.Q.
How will this work?
The meetup admission is $15 which includes a speaker, brunch, networking space and the opportunity to pitch your idea or listen to ideas from women visionaries!
Where will the $15 go?
$7 goes to the food.
$3 goes to the space.
$5 goes to the pitch pot.
What is a pitch pot?
Women entrepreneurs can sign up to pitch their ideas to the group. The group will vote (anonymously) and the person with the most favorable pitch will receive the pot of gold (money collected from admissions) for that evening. We will review the terms of voting and ask that everyone vote with integrity.
How do I sign up to pitch?
Purchase the ticket that says "Pitch Ticket (Eat, Meet, Greet, Pitch)" and we will contact you with more details.
What if I don't want to pitch?
No worries! No pressure! The idea is to support a black woman businesses with the funds raised from event admission. Pitching is NOT a requirement. We hope that you will eventually pitch your business or idea and the funds raised at the event can help you get started! As the network evolves there will be opportunities to pitch directly to investors.
What if no one pitches?
If no one pitches their business or idea, Black Girl Vision will donate the funds to Women for Woman International, an organization that supports women entrepreneurs globally through training programs. http://www.womenforwomen.org/
What if I haven't started my business yet?
Having your business up and running is NOT a requirement. Black Girl Vision welcomes women in all stages of entrepreneurship.
