What we're about

A holistic journey to health, wellness and fitness while being social with like-minded womxn of colour.

The purpose of this group is to encourage womxn of colour to participate in activities that get us moving and in better charge of our physical and mental health.

This is a space to connect with others who are also passionate about taking care of their minds and bodies, regardless of their current skill level.

Together we will learn and motivate one another to keep at it.

We will explore different fitness modalities - traditional workouts, hiking, yoga, climbing - while also practicing self love and compassion for the bodies we already have. We're not always represented in all health and wellness spaces. Let's be responsible for changing that!

A few ground rules:

RSVP RESPONSIBLY

This is the golden rule. Please update your RSVP if you can no longer attend. After 3 no- shows, you will be removed from the group. As a trade-off for your courtesy, we'll all do our best to give you a great meet-up experience when you do attend.

BE AN ACTIVE & CONTRIBUTING MEMBER

This is a space to CONNECT with others and PARTICIPATE in activities. Please do not join if you have no intention of doing this. Additionally, if you have an idea, email the organizer so we can get something on the calendar.
