Stories from experienced Blender users + relax & play
Details
Thank you all participating today at the meetup, it was a great evening and thanks to Alexander Carby for the presentation. With pleasure, we invite you to come and meet fellows blenderheads. Enjoy a relaxing evening at Loading bar, share your experience and learn from others.
What's the schedule looking like:
7:00 Opening
7:10 Introduction to scripting with Blender.
I want to give some examples of short scripts that can speed up your workflow automating the boring parts and giving you time to be more creative.
7:40 Showcase / Presentation
Book your place to make a short presentation of your work, your reel. Fit it in 5, 10 or 15 minutes and show it to the others. Plan it in time and send me a title so I can add it here to the list.
8:45 Q&A session
A chance for attendees to grab a mic if they wish
This can be used to:
• Request help with Blender issues (any level welcome)
• Make any Blender related announcements
9:00 Networking, relaxing and playing
Continue to drink
Side note,
there is a slack group for UK and Ireland blender users. If you want to make part of it and think might be useful to you, send me a message so I can invite you.
