Blender Modelling Workshop

You're invited to participate in this introductory workshop on 3D Modeling.

Over the course of 6 hours of training, you will become familiar with the Blender Interface, you will learn how to build 3D shapes, manipulate them and combine them together to create a pleasant composition.

And you’ll do all this by creating an impressive toy train!

Here is the schedule:

•10:00 Introduction to Blender - a short history

• 10:15 Blender Interface - viewport navigation, windows, screen layouts, moving around.

• 10:45 Modelling time - we start to build the train

• 12:00 Break time with buffet - sandwiches and soft drinks

• 12:45 More Modeling

• 15:00 Materials creation, lighting and render setup

• 16:00 Closing up - hit that render button!

• 16:30 - Workshop ends.

Early bird participation price £ 45.00 until Thursday 3 August

Normal price £ 65.00

You’ll need to bring your own laptop and it’s strongly suggested to also bring a mouse along.
