Indoor Rock Climbing with the Adaptive Climbing Group

Brooklyn Boulders

Every Sunday afternoon at 1:30PM, Adaptive Climbing Group members gear up and meet at Brooklyn Boulders. All physical disabilities and ages welcome. The cost is $11. Allow time on your first visit to complete the Brooklyn Boulders waiver. You'll be provided with a climbing harness and shoes. Hint: Wear socks. As a blind or VI climber, you will pair up with a guide who will choose a climb that is appropriate for your skill level and you're climbing goals. The guide will belay you during your climb and settle you gently back to earth when you are ready. You'll have the chance between climbs to visit with other members of the group. It's challenging and it is a lot of fun. You must register in advance at http://www.123contactform.com/form-725564/Somerville-Adaptive-Climbing-Sessions For more information, contact [masked]
