This is a support group for anyone that interested in changing lifestyle habits, lose extra fat weight, tone up and has the desire to learn all about balanced nutrition!
Weekly meetings and measurements, online support and motivation, BONUS - FREE FIT CAMP. Every participant is getting a personalized meal plan, coach to follow up with and complete body assessment. Very positive atmosphere. Join us to meet new friends!
