Kelly Ye is the Head of Research at Decentral Park Capital, a thesis-driven liquid venture fund. She leads the research and investment efforts in liquid and early-stage digital asset opportunities, with a focus on data-driven fundamental research and deep-dive token analysis. Kelly publishes a widely read weekly research newsletter at https://decentralparkcapital.substack.com/s/the-weekly.Kelly is also a Senior Advisor for ACM Macro, a macro hedge fund, and has held the positions of Head of Product at Fidelity Digital Asset Management and Head of Research at CoinDesk Indices.
Before embarking on her career in digital assets, Kelly accumulated more than 15 years of experience in traditional finance (TradFi). She has a long track record of leading investment and research teams in alternative investments, asset allocation, fixed income, and quantitative investing. Kelly currently serves on the board of CFA New York and co-chairs the Women in ETF Speakers' Bureau committee.
