Gordon Mickel: Gordon studied Computer Science at the University of Basel and had been programming since he was eight years old. He has been involved in blockchain technology since 2013 and is especially interested in the Etherium project and the possibilities of decentralized apps. For the past four years he has been working as a freelance Lead Developer for companies such as RUAG Defense, Kaba Schweiz, PostFinance, Novartis, Swisscom and Basler Versicherungen.

Perica Grasarevic: Perica holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich. As the co-founder and General Counsel of Swiss Cryptotech GmbH, a company providing consulting services in the blockchain and cryptocurrency area since early 2014, he has gained broad experience on which he can fall back in the Contract Vault project. In addition, he has been working for a global software company (worldwide leading in the automated processing of vehicle related data) as a Legal Counsel since 2013.

Update on Ambrosus:

Ambrosus is building a community-driven ecosystem to assure quality, safety and origins of products. It combines distributed ledger technologies with sensor systems to transform supply chains. Dr Vlad Trifa will provide an overview of Ambrosus project at large and spend more time sharing some of the work doing currently around bridging the IoT with blockchain for scalable traceability systems.

Dr Vlad Trifa - (CPO): Vlad is the Founder of Web of Things and former Head of Digital Lab at Swisscom. As Co-Founder of EVRYTHNG, he has designed and built large-scale IoT platforms used by Fortune 100 companies (incl. Coca Cola, Unilever, LVMH, GE). Previously he served as Research Associate at MIT and UCLA. He holds a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from ETH Zurich and EPFL respectively. He also co-authored the seminal book Building the Web of Things.
