For four years we've been meeting each & every Wednesday evening for a workout + drinks with friends new and old.
Join us, starting back up in Spring 2019, every Wednesday evening for the best outdoor bootcamp-style workout followed by an ice cold beer (or 2)!
Workouts are held at Meininger Park in Royal Oak (corner of Maxwell & Farnum) and begin at 6PM.
We'll sweat for an hour - workouts change each week and are adaptable for all fitness levels. A combination of bodyweight strength + plyometrics, kettlebells, dumbbells, HIIT + more.
After, we head to Royal Oak (or nearby) to grab drinks + food & catch-up at a local watering hole - wherever we feel like going that day!
The only thing you'll need for sure is water, but feel free to bring a towel or clean shirt for post-workout, sunscreen/bug spray, or an exercise mat.
Drop in fee for class is $10. If you love it, pay $40 upfront for 5 classes or $75 for 10.
P.S. every time you bring someone new class is just $5 for both of you!
