Welcome to the Blue Sky Endurance Tri Club!

This is a community forum for people that may be new to the sport, looking for safety in numbers on the roads and in the ocean, or athletes that want company when they go long or to connect with like minded people.

Our members include all levels of experience and background from the tri newbie to the Double Ironman finisher. Together our members support and encourage one another on the roads and at the local races.

As part of my efforts to help revitalize, grow and become a resource in the community, I opened a multi-sport store in Mt. Fix a Flat 101

Blue Sky Endurance

You train too hard to let a flat tire keep you from finishing a race! We will show you all of the tools and accessories you need to be prepared for a mechanical issue when out on the road. We will go over how to change a flat on the side of the road and how to use the tools properly. Please feel free to bring a wheel and change a tube with us. Just like practicing swimming, riding, and running drills, practicing flat changes will make it easier.

Swim Sullivan's Island 28 1/2 and Marshall 8am ( Protected gully ) , biking the Islands at 9 ( 17-19 mph avg No Drop ) and optional run after.

Join Cynthia for some open water swim practice. Bring a wet suit if you think you might need it. Be sure to stop in the office at Trophy Lakes to sign their waiver and also pay the $5 fee.

Tuesday Morning Track

Mount Pleasant Town Hall

I am a 5:30am Tuesday morning track regular, along with a handful of other dedicated, time crunched individuals. If you're looking for some company in the early morning hours, along with some motivation, please come join us! We start at 5:30am SHARP at the Mt. Pleasant track, behind town hall on Houston Northcutt Blvd. We do a 1 mile-ish warm up through the nearby neighborhood and then hit the track. Depending on time, we do the same neighborhood cool down or some track cool down. We bring our own workouts and our own paces. You can bring your own workout or jump in with one of ours. Sometimes we all end up doing the same workout. At the very least, we offer encouragement as we get the workout done before the sun comes up. At the very most, we offer accountability, safety in numbers, some good banter and a reason to show up and get 'er done! If you show up at 5:35am and don't see us, we are warming up and will be right back to hit the track! If you have any questions, please feel free to message me via MeetUp. Remember, if you want to run faster, you have to spend some time in the fast lane! • What to bring Water bottle, headlamp or blinky light, a towel for your car because you will sweat! An awesome attitude!
