We need to change our relationship to food and the foods we eat. If you're interested in a way to change your diet and feel better with more energy and less inflammation, visit our monthly Paleo meetings and join our activities. The goal is to bond about experiences and share strategies related to the Paleo Diet, the Primal Blueprint, and the Whole30 Challenge.
