Introduction to Meditation
Learn about the benefits of meditation. This program is designed to help you feel you have been away on retreat, right here in the Library. Practice standing and seated meditation, and receive a group energy session to help you relax and improve your health. Please bring a sweater or blanket, so that you may keep warm. After the session, have tea and a light baked treat while discussing your experience.

What we're about

The Bodhi Meditation Society is a non-profit organization that teaches meditation for health and wellness. Bodhi Meditations are 30 minute guided visualizations characterized by soothing music and beautiful imagery that assist in calming your mind, relaxing your body, and increasing your wellbeing. There are sitting, standing and walking meditations to appeal to those seeking different levels of physical activity.
