Let's Meditate with Venerable Fred

Venerable Fred Cittaguno will introduce the practice and lead the meditation. Fred is a monk in the Forest tradition and is presently resides at the Sacred Falls International Meditation Center on the North Shore. Before this he was in a monastery in France. He will lead the sitting with a Dhamma talk afterwards and answer any questions you may have. Please join us. Newcomers are always welcome. Sitting is free but donations are welcomed.
