What we're about
This group is for anyone who needs or wants to get healthy. This group is for all ages who want to walk to get healthy, lose weight, or build up your endurance at your own pace. The walk will be on a paved path on mostly flat surface. I have started this group to challenge others to get healthy with me and have accountability for my weight loss journey. Come and join me on my walk. I will have available an energy drink (before we begin) and some other healthy goodies at the end of the walk.
