This is a group of anyone looking to connect with others who've experienced or are experiencing difficult mental health moments. Whether it happens on rare occasions or it's something you deal with regularly, all are welcome. It's a chance for people to come together in providing peer support through sharing our stories, listening to others and laughing whenever we can.
