Do you want to really understand who you are and how you show up in the world? Each month we will engage in conversation about mindful living and learn tips, tools, and techniques so we can engage in our lives in a more meaningful way. We will explore a new topic each month blending learning, group discussion, and mindfulness/meditation exercises. Topics may include cultivating peace, resilience, and awareness development and how these topics apply to our decisions and actions in our daily lives. No meditation experience is needed just a desire to live with a calm mind and open heart.
